History

We are personal injury trial attorneys who formed Howell & Johnson, LLC for the purpose of representing individuals harmed or injured by the negligence of others. We represent individuals with personal injury throughout the state of Georgia and the entire Southeast in a wide range of matters including trucking, automobile, bicycling, motorcycling and pedestrian accidents, premises liability, product liability, business torts, constitutional claims, medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, and worker’s compensation claims.
